Awards are presented based on employee size – 1 to 99 employees in the small manufacturer category, 100 to 399 employees in the medium manufacturer category, and 400 or more employees in the large manufacturer category.
By applying, manufacturers convey their story of financial growth, manufacturing leadership, market leadership, workforce enhancement, and leadership development. Financial information is held in the strictest confidence.
Finalists are selected by an impartial panel and winners will be announced at the awards’ luncheon.
