MONTGOMERY, Ala. – ProgressPAC, the political action committee of the Business Council of Alabama (BCA), has endorsed six statewide judicial candidates running for election in 2026. The candidates are:
- Brad Mendheim — Alabama Supreme Court, Place 7
- Greg Shaw — Alabama Supreme Court, Place 8
- Mary Windom — Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 4
- Beth Kellum — Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 5
- Ben Bowden — Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, Place 4
- Matt Fridy — Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, Place 5
“Each of these judicial candidates has demonstrated a clear record of fairness, integrity, and respect for the law,” said ProgressPAC Chairman Gary Smith. “Their dedication to upholding the Constitution and applying the law as written reflects the conservative judicial principles ProgressPAC is proud to support. We are confident they will continue to serve the people with independence and professionalism.”
