Since the spring of 2020, there have been countless uncertainties for businesses. Through it all, The Business Council of Alabama has never stopped working, not just for our members but for ALL Alabama businesses. We offered numerous resources including the Small Business Exchange, a two-day telethon offering access to experts ready and willing to answer your questions, and Engage Alabama, a multi-focused virtual business conference.

But the thing we’re most proud of is the result of a collective effort by many leaders across our great state. Alabama’s COVID Liability Law is one of the strongest and most fair in the nation, and it’s something that the businesses and citizens of our state can be proud of. Our gratitude goes out to BCA members, leadership, Governor Ivey, the bill sponsors and everyone else who made this law possible.
