BCA to Host Economic Incentives Roundtable on Facebook Live

MONTGOMERY, AL – The Business Council of Alabama (BCA) today announced an Economic Incentives Roundtable on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 10:00 A.M.

This discussion on economic incentives will start with a message from special guest Gov. Kay Ivey, followed by a panel of subject matter experts.

Lieutenant Governor Will Ainsworth, House Speaker Nathaniel Ledbetter, and House Minority Leader Anthony Daniels will serve as subject matter experts in the discussion on economic incentives and their positive impact on the Alabama business community.

Todd Stacy, host of Capitol Journal, will serve as the moderator of the panel.

“Creating and maintaining a business climate that fosters job creation and retention is at the core of BCA’s mission,” stated BCA President and CEO, Helena Duncan. “Renewal of the economic incentives outlined in the Alabama Jobs Act and Growing Alabama Credit is a top priority for BCA in the 2023 legislative session, and further serves the organization’s commitment to advocating for both businesses and the workforce in Alabama.”

The Roundtable will be open to BCA policy committee members and held in the BCA Auditorium from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. The discussion will also be broadcast live on BCA’s Facebook page for non-members and members unable to attend.
