Marcel will also share insights on H.R. 842\, the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act\, which is a bill that has been filed in Congress that would remove the right to a secret ballot in union elections\, allow unions to access personal employee information in union-organizing drives\, and force workers to pay union dues even if they do not support the union. The Burr & Forman team will provide an overview of the current NLRB organizing process and how that could change should the PRO Act become law.
