 Launched in May of 2003 when it became clear that the governor was preparing to introduce a proposal of historic proportions during a special session, The BCA Quick Connect was designed to give our members rapid-fire, high-alert access to up-to-the-minute actions of the Alabama Legislature. The BCA Quick Connect is put into action only for the hottest of issues, so when BCA members receive it they can be certain that a matter of great importance to their business bottom-line demands their attention.
