The Alabama Civil Justice Reform Committee is a statewide trade association representing more than 100 trade associations and businesses, including the BCA, working together to foster a fair and balanced civil justice system in Alabama. The BCA's Judiciary Committee coordinates with ACJRC to develop a legislative agenda on civil justice reform. It proposes legislative agenda items on campaign finance and election law and evaluates state legislation affecting the civil justice system, campaign finance or election law.
