BCA, along with many other business and industry associations nationwide, partners with the American Justice Partnership to fight for effective legal reform. The AJP works to create a climate in which pro-reform candidates for governor, state legislature, supreme court and attorney general are supported by the public; to enact legislation and adopt court rules in states to substantially reduce the incentives for junk lawsuits that hurt American businesses and consumers while mainly benefiting trial lawyers; and to enhance public understanding about the importance of legal reform and the need to become more politically involved.
