Major Garrett, congressional correspondent for the National Journal and former CNN and FOX news reporter, was the guest speaker for the 2011 Annual Meeting of the BCA and the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama. The BCA elected a new 2012 board of directors and officers, who will take office officially Jan. 1.
