As we face the 2010 legislative season in the wake of challenging economic conditions and many uncertainties, both here in Alabama and across the nation, we are reminded of the strength that comes through partnerships. We thank you for your membership and participation. For it is on the strength of the thousands of members who come together in partnership under the flag of the BCA, that we can continue to fight to protect free enterprise in Alabama and do our part, on your behalf, to move our state forward. 

BCA pledges its continued commitment to you and your business. We will work hard every day to represent Alabama’s business community with pride and to continue to earn your support. We encourage and solicit your involvement, questions and comments.

BCA technical committee members worked hard during 2009 to develop our legislative priorities for the coming session and BCA is ready to get to work with an aggressive 2010 State Legislative Agenda that includes priorities designed to protect your business and your bottom line.
